Delaney is a seasoned executive assistant and operations leader with more than eight years of experience supporting senior executives and fast-growing organizations. She is known for her ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex schedules and high-volume workflows, allowing leadership teams to operate efficiently and with confidence.

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Delaney attended Baylor School before earning her undergraduate degree from Samford University and her master’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her background combines academic rigor with hands-on operational leadership across consulting, hospitality, and consumer brands.

As Executive Assistant to Heather Gustafson, Founder and Principal of Franklin Rose Real Estate Advisory, Delaney serves as a trusted extension of the firm’s leadership. She oversees executive scheduling, meeting and event coordination, travel logistics, and client communication, ensuring that engagements are thoughtfully managed and consistently professional. Delaney is often the first point of contact for clients and partners, providing a responsive, informed, and polished experience that reflects the firm’s standards.

Previously, Delaney held senior operational roles across multiple industries, including serving as Vice President of Operations for a consulting and virtual workforce firm. She has also played a central role in launching a multi-million-dollar restaurant from the ground up, managing the hiring and training of more than 150 employees while overseeing operations across multiple locations. Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Assistant to a Vice President of Finance at a national spirits company, where she managed vendor relationships, payroll, scheduling, hiring, and operational processes, contributing to a 15% reduction in costs through improved systems and resource management.

Delaney excels in the behind-the-scenes role that enables organizations to perform at their highest level. She manages complex calendars, inboxes, travel, recruiting pipelines, task tracking, and cross-functional communication, while continuously refining systems to ensure precision, accountability, and follow-through.
